Welcome to RedSaver ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RedSaver website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through redsaver.com (the "Service").

5. Service Description
RedSaver provides a service that allows users to download videos from Rednote for personal, non-commercial use. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Use the Service to download content for commercial purposes without proper authorization
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service
- Bypass measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RedSaver and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We do not claim ownership of the content you download through our Service. However, by using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring that your downloading and use of such content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Copyright Compliance
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Service to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.
If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

In no event shall RedSaver, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RedSaver expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
RedSaver makes no warranty that:
- The Service will meet your requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedSaver and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
